Returns

Please get in touch via the contact form if you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it to us for a refund. You will then have 14 days to return your order to us and we will refund your order within the next 14 days, please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable if your order isn't returned to us. We will only pay for return postage if your order is faulty.

Unfortunately for any orders that have been customised or personalised we are unable to offer a refund unless products arrived damaged or faulty. If this is the case please take a photograph and email it to use as soon as possible.
